User Requirements
Users must be at least 18 years old with a valid Google account.
Data Collection
The service collects name and email address through Google OAuth 2.0 authentication solely for session authentication and experience personalization.
Content Restrictions
Users must avoid entering personal health information, financial data, government identification numbers, or other sensitive materials. The platform processes inputs in-browser and clears them upon logout.
Intellectual Property
Mygentic AI Ltd. retains all rights to site content, code, and design elements.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" for demonstration purposes. The company makes no warranties about functionality or suitability for production environments.
Liability Limitations
Mygentic AI Ltd. disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Termination
The company may suspend access at any time without notice.
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), UAE law.
